1The item I want is 'sold out' or no longer appears?
Ugh, don't you hate it when that happens. Make sure you click the 'Notify Me' box on the product page, enter your details and you’ll receive an email when that item is back in stock! You could also email us (we're a lovely bunch) at [email protected] and we’ll let you know if/when the item is coming back in stock.
2How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once we send out your order you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to see exactly where your package is and how long it’ll take to reach you!
3Where do I send my return to?
If for any reason you have changed your mind and want to return your order, we offer store credit for the item(s) you are returning. Click HERE for more information regarding our returns criteria and how to return your item.
4What payment options do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Afterpay). We apologise for the inconvenience but we don't accept Monopoly money.
5PROCESSING TIME: "When will my order ship?"
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-4 business days or sooner. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
******All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:
1. USPS standard shipping (3-4 business days)
2. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases) Express Shipping address must be verified for approval).
Shipping Only Inside of the United States, Not Available for International  Shipping
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
Do you have any promotions? Yes, we do offer sales and promotions from time to time such as for a limited time on orders $50 or more we include free shipping within the USA. Check back frequently to not miss out on our other Promotions.
